What we collect

Your name, email and password (stored securely by our authentication provider), the brands and competitors you add, your answers during onboarding, and usage data such as pages visited. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site.

How we use it

To run your analyses, keep your account secure, process payments, send service emails and improve BrandAid. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of a card where applicable, never full card or bank details.

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@brandaid.live.
