Cancel anytime from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period and does not renew.

Refunds

If you’re not happy, email hello@brandaid.live within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal date.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged twice or charged for a failed payment, write to us with the payment ID and we’ll refund the extra amount within 7 working days.
